Our Conformationally Strained Visible light Photoswitches (CS-VIPs) are genuine binary functional switches that enable hematopoisis photocontrol in zebrafish by releasing the chromatin modifier MLL1. In the context of our 6-TramTO-3, we have recently filed a patent (EP21192451.9) to extend the potential of our toolbox for multi-resistant bacteria labelling without genetic modification. More news coming soon!
